Salary: A competitive salary from £50,880- £76,320 depending on the experience you can bring

As our Senior Investment Marketing Manager you will take a leading role within our investment marketing centre of excellence and be responsible for the planning and delivery of Aegon UK’s investment take to market approach for a workplace audience. The role is responsible for promoting Aegon’s funds and fund ranges, working with a team of high-performing investment marketing, investment proposition and distribution team professionals.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Framing initiatives into compelling workplace investment marketing plans, to drive desired customer responses.
Creating exciting and insightful marketing materials, placed effectively to achieve maximum impact.
Ensuring all campaigns and collateral are targeted correctly through insight to achieve commercial objectives.
Driving the evolution and effective delivery of Aegon’s suite of investment marketing collateral for a workplace audience.
Creating, managing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, and supporting the team to deliver on those ideas.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A track record of building comprehensive marketing strategies and seeing them through to execution.
The ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, both within and external to the business, building relationships and achieving buy-in for compelling marketing ideas.
Creative flair, with the ability to simplify complex investment strategies into clear marketing messages.
An understanding of the needs of different audience groups, with a focus on workplace pension scheme members, employers, corporate advisers and employee benefit consultants.
Strong investment knowledge, and clear understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape.
Ability to interpret insights and industry best practice and translate this into actionable, cost effective, targeted campaigns.
