Licensing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Review and audit the agent contract file for required forms and documents.
Prepare the state specific licensing/appointment paperwork.
Add the agents to the database.
Maintain records, handle inquires and conducts research as needed for the agent files.
Process licensing paperwork to the appropriate states in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
Up to 1 year work experience.
Mainframe experience.
Basic Word and Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of State Contract and Licensing Rules.
Customer service skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to accurately process a high volume of work efficiently.

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $32,000 - $38,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
