Senior Presentation Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Craft compelling presentations: Design visually engaging and impactful presentations using PowerPoint for various marketing initiatives, including sales presentations, product education, and executive needs
Develop presentation templates and styles: Create consistent and brand-aligned templates for broader use across our organization
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with campaign project leaders, subject matter experts, and executives to understand communication goals, key messages, and target audience for each presentation
Translate strategy into visuals: Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors and content team to effectively translate complex information and data into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations
Improve the process: Make recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, processes and procedures
Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all presentations adhere to Transamerica’s brand guidelines
Stay updated on presentation trends: Continuously research and implement new tools, design trends and best practices for creating effective presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic/digital design, marketing, or related field
Five years of experience in graphic design for digital, print, and PowerPoint production
Experience conceptualizing and designing product marketing
Fluent in MS PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud; including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Good understanding of traditional and digital design principles
Proven creative/design skills (portfolio required) with strong visual and brand comprehension
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinking and understanding of business and partner needs
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the financial services industry
Corporate background preferred
Compensation:

The Salary for this position generally ranges between $80,000 - $90,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.

Lead Creative Services Graphic Designer
Job Summary
Develop a broad range of creative visuals that reinforce brand and product positioning across company channels and platforms. Plan, schedule and implement complex design projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of traditional and digital designs for a broad range of marketing campaigns.
Design and create special presentations for internal and external audiences, including executive leadership for national sales conferences, company events and programs.
Work with campaign project leaders to understand strategy and communication plans.
Communicate basic concepts and layout instructions to team members.
Create comprehensive mock-ups for review and approval.
Assist with daily oversight of project status and resource allocation.
Work with web designers and printers to ensure proper aesthetic outcome.
Oversee graphic execution, from art production through printing process; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide guidance to team members as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, communications or related field
Eight years of experience in graphic design across multiple mediums
Experience conceptualizing and designing product marketing
Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, digital formats and printing processes
Good understanding of traditional and digital design principles
Proven creative/artistic skills (portfolio required)
Ability to work under pressure of deadlines
Strong visual and brand judgement and comprehension
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
