Salary: A competitive salary from £29,840 depending on the experience you can bring

As a Back Office Operations Team Manager, a key component of your role is to lead, engage, coach, and manage a team to deliver an exceptional service to all Aegon Workplace Investing customers, in line with the AUK strategy.
Summary of Role:
The manager’s role is to lead, engage, coach, develop and manage your team (of up to 20 people), and deliver an exceptional service to all Aegon customers. You will also be expected to demonstrate a strong knowledge and application of risk management for your team and business area. Planning, prioritisation and organisation of the workload and objectives is key to your success. You continuously review, develop, and improve team/department processes/procedures.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- An understanding of customer services and operational management within a financial services environment.
- Experience in dealing with complex customer queries and issues, through to resolution, within agreed service standards.
- Knowledge of Operational (workflow) and resource planning skills.
- Leadership, People and Performance Management skills.
