Location: Edinburgh (typically 2 days in the office per week, 3 from home)
Salary: A competitive salary from £22,800 - £34,200 depending on the experience you can bring

As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for back-office functions to support The Aegon Assist Associates with retirement guidance calls and to help facilitate new and existing Aegon customers with their journey into Drawdown and accessing Tax Free Cash.
The role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and timely outcome for our customers and will involve dealing with multiple Aegon propositions, including Traditional Products and the use of multiple systems such as PEGA.
Responsibilities will include ensuring offer packs are issued to customers accurately and in a timely manner, providing support to both the Aegon Assist Manager and Assist Associates for complex cases, reporting on daily and weekly SLA positions and liaising with Associates to ensure accurate information is captured.
